ORION

ORION connects a business website to its own Google Search Console and Google Analytics data, measures how its pages actually perform in search, and reports what changed.

Growth & Measurement — the search connection

• Reads the site's Search Console performance data — queries, impressions, clicks, average position.
• Reads Google Analytics 4 reports for the same site.
• Tracks each page over time and reports movement, including when nothing moved.
• Runs on a schedule and refuses to report a measurement when the data connection is not healthy.

This connection is read-only. It does not read email, files or calendars, and it cannot send, post or publish anything. It asks only for your Google account identity, Search Console and Analytics.

Workspace connector — separate and optional

ORION also offers integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Drive, Google Business Profile and Merchant Center. These are a separate Google application with its own consent screen, and you are only asked for them if you enable the matching feature. Some of them can write, and send or publish on your behalf as part of the feature you configured. The Privacy Policy lists exactly which permission each feature needs.

Connecting one does not connect the other.

Connecting Google

A site owner connects their own Google account through Google's standard consent screen and can disconnect at any time from their Google account permissions page. Revoking access takes effect immediately.
